Afin de s’assurer du niveau de la qualité de service proposé aux passagers, l’ONDA est appelé à effectuer des contrôles inopinés du processus d’accueil et des salons selon des critères fixés par les services concernés de l’ONDA et consentis par le concessionnaire, de relever des indicateurs qui serviront de base pour évaluer le service fourni aux passagers. Il incombe au concessionnaire de se conformer aux objectifs mentionnés dans l’annexe 8.

In order to ensure the level of quality of service offered to passengers, the ONDA is called to perform the process of home unannounced and lounges according to criteria laid down by the services concerned of the ONDA and made by the concessionaire, of indicators that will serve as a basis to evaluate the service provided to passengers. It is the responsibility of the dealer to comply with the objectives set out in annex 8.

To ensure the level of quality of service offered to passengers, ONDA is called to carry out unannounced inspections of the intake process and lounges according to criteria fixed by the relevant services of ONDA and made by the dealer, identify indicators as a basis for evaluating the service provided to passengers. It is up to the dealer to comply with the objectives mentioned in Schedule 8.
