Dans le cas où le degré d’accomplissement associé à une valeur ne soit pas atteint pendant sa période de mesure, la procédure de sanction pourra être initiée à ces fins, en tenant compte de la responsabilité des différentes parties pour ce manquement et selon les pénalités déterminées dans l’article 11.

Where the degree of accomplishment associated with a value is not reached during the measurement period, the procedure of sanction may be initiated for these purposes, taking into account the responsibility of different parts for this breach of and according to the penalties determined in article 11.

In case the degree of fulfillment associated with a value not be reached for its measurement period, the penalty proceedings may be initiated for this purpose, taking into account the responsibility of the various parties for the breach and on penalties defined in Article 11.

Results (English) 3:

in the case where the degree of performance associated with a value is not reached during the measurement period, the enforcement proceedings may be initiated for those purposes, taking into account the responsibility of the parties to this failure and the penalties laid down in article 11.
