Le concessionnaire est tenu de payer à l’ONDA des redevances Handling par touchée traitée conformément aux dispositions présentées dans l'annexe 3. Ces redevances appliquées pourront être révisées de façon annuelle en fonction de l'Indice des Prix à la Consommation (IPC) du Maroc.
