Le concessionnaire est tenu de respecter, dans son intégralité, toutes les obligations et exigences en matière de sécurité de l’aviation civile, particulièrement toutes les exigences émanant des Comités Locaux de Gestion de la Sécurité et celles édictées par le PSM (Programme de Sécurité du Maroc).
