Le concessionnaire aura l'obligation en accord avec les Autorités de l'Aéroport, et avec suffisamment d'avance de mettre en place le service minimum garantissant la continuité de l’activité d’assistance en escale à l’aviation d’affaires en cas de grève affectant son personnel. De la même manière, et pendant le déroulement de la grève, le concessionnaire aura l'obligation d'informer les Autorités de l'Aéroport de l'évolution des incidents de ladite grève dans les délais et selon les formes fixés par lesdites Autorités.
