L’ONDA se réserve le droit de vérifier l’état de propreté et de salubrité des biens mis à la disposition du concessionnaire ou utilisés par lui s’il s’agit d’éléments complémentaires qu’il aurait mis en place. En cas de carence du concessionnaire et après une mise en demeure qui, en cas d’urgence pourra être verbale, l’ONDA pourra intervenir de plein droit et faire procéder aux travaux de nettoyage et prendre les mesures de salubrité. Les dépenses exposées par l’ONDA lui seront facturées compte tenu de toutes suggestions résultant de chaque intervention.
