Pour les aéroports de Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat, Tanger et Fès, l’autorisation est consentie pour une durée de dix (10) ans, à compter de la date de signature de la convention par le Directeur Général de l’ONDA, renouvelable pour une nouvelle durée de cinq (5) ans, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 32 ci-dessous, à défaut de résiliation formulée par l’une des parties conformément aux dispositions de résiliation définies dans le chapitre IV article 33.

Results (English) 1:

For airports in Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat, Tangier and Fez, permission is granted for a period of ten (10) years, from the date of signature of the convention by the Director-General of ONDA, renewable for a further period of five (5) years, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 below, failing termination by one of the parties in accordance with the provisions of termination defined in chapter IV article 33.

Results (English) 2:

For Marrakech airport, Agadir, Rabat, Tangier and Fez, authorization is granted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of signature of the agreement by the Director General of ONDA, renewable for a new period of five (5) years, in accordance with Article 32 below, unless terminated formulated by one of the parties in accordance with the termination provisions defined in chapter IV Article 33.

Results (English) 3:

for the airport in marrakech and agadir, rabat, tangier and fez, permission is granted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of signing of the convention by the director general of the bcc, renewable for a further period of five years, in accordance with the provisions of article 32, below, in the absence of a contract made by the parties in accordance with the provisions laid down in chapter iv of the termination section 33.
