Les demandes tendant à obtenir soit la résiliation de la convention, soit la réduction des redevances ne sont redevables que si elles parviennent au Directeur Général de l’ONDA au plus tard dans les deux mois suivants soit l’achèvement des travaux, soit la notification du deuxième alinéa du présent article.

applications for the termination of the agreement, or the reduction of fees are liable if they fail to the director general of the week at the latest within two months following the completion of the work, the notification to the second paragraph of this article.
