Il est certifié par tripodvisor et je comprends pourquoi. Il est très class, la piscine est géniale, les petits déjeuner sont top et le coin SPA très sympa (même si les massages sont horriblement chers de 700 a plus de 3 500 bats).
Le staff surtout la femme a qui nous avons eu à faire à l'accueil n'est pas très avenante ni très serviable.
Nous avons eu un problème de bruit provenant de la climatisation, une équipe est venue vérifier pour que dire finalemant que tout était OK mais le problème était toujours là (étant en basse saison ils auraient pu nous proposer une autre chambre).
Cuisine censée être équipée mais sans couvert ni ustensile c'est compliqué...
L'hôtel est isolé de tout, il n'est pas situé a bophut....L'hôtel vous "propose" 400 baths pour aller en ville alors que les taxis publics (rouges) vous demanderont 100 baths. En dehors du vendredi (jour du fisheman's village) il est très difficile de trouver un taxis pour renter....moment très difficile a passer...nous avons marcher 25 min avant de trouver une voiture.
L'hôtel propose néanmoins toutes les 2h un moyen de transport pour aller et venir à chaweng (lieu ou tout se passe finalement).

The hotel "offers" 400 baths to go to town while public taxis (red) will ask 100 baths. Apart from Friday (day of the fisheman's village) it is very difficult to find a taxi to renter... very difficult time a pass... we walk 25 min before finding a car.The hotel however offers every 2 h transportation to go and come to chaweng (place or everything happens eventually).
