Comme partie de ses missions, l’ONDA doit assurer la prestation des services d'assistance en escale, soit de façon directe, soit à travers des opérateurs ayant reçu l’autorisation de la Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile selon le Décret nº 2-05-1399.
