Suite à notre entretien de ce 9 janvier 2015 dans la matinée , veuillez noter le programme qui a été établi , indépendamment de l’évolution des préparatifs du projet de port et de chemin de fer de Macuse en Mozambique , entre CRCC Iinternational Ltd ( Chine ) et ITD Plc Ltd ( Thaïlande ) , titulaire du contrat de construction et d’exploitation du chemin de fer et du Port .
1 – Votre déplacement en Chine en février 2015 , pour avoir la dernière situation du projet de Mozambique auprès de CRCC International Ltd – CR 20 et CR 18 , et appuyer l’alternative de Madagascar pour la fourniture de blocs rocheux de carrière .
2 – Dès que possible , visite du site de la jetée temporaire projetée à Soalara , avec le représentant de l’IHSM / Tuléar ( Pr Mara Edouard 034 02 431.21 - IHSM/port ) , gestionnaire de la réserve marine de la baie de St Augustin et le Maire de Soalara Mr Jophelin ( 032 44 647.51 ) , propriétaire du terrain en rive . Il serait nécessaire d’avoir en fin de visite , un PV signé avec les autorités locales ci – dessus .
3 – Si opportun , contacter au préalable le responsable du projet Moazambique dans CRCC International , et lui confirmer l’intérêt de l’alternative de Madagascar , pendant son examen de comparaison avec la solution locale mozambicaine .
