Tout retard de déclaration d’activité donnera lieu au paiement d’une pénalité égale à 1% par mois de retard du minimum garanti de l’exercice en cours, ou à défaut, de la dernière redevance commerciale variable annuelle échue.

Results (English) 2:

All business reporting delay will trigger the payment of a penalty of 1% per month guaranteed minimum delay of the current year, or default, the last annual variable commercial fee due.

Results (English) 3:

any delay in declaration of will be subject to the payment of a penalty equal to 1% per month of delay of the guaranteed minimum for the current year, or, failing that, of the annual trading charge variable.
