- Le salaire des heures supplémentaires (OT salaire) en raison des exigences de travail et la mobilisation du Magasin est calculé comme suit :
 Pendant les jours normaux, les employés dont les heures de travail quotidiennes sont plus de 8 heures et 30 minutes / jour (y compris le déjeuner), les heures supplémentaires seront accumulées jusqu'à la fin du mois, converties en journée de travail + le nombre de journée de travail effective au cours du mois.
 Pendant le congé hebdomadaire (1 jour / semaine) = 1 journée de travail pratique (100%) + 1 congé compensatoire = 200% de salaire ou on peut compter OT salaire du congé équivalent à 200% sans avoir le congé compensatoire
 Pendant l’inventaire nocturne / travail nocturne pour l’ouverture de magasin = 1 journée de travail équivalent à 100% du salaire + 1 congé compensatoire = 200% du salaire.
 Pendant les fêtes, le Tet selon la loi du Vietnam (10 jours / an) = 1 journée de travail pratique (100%) + 300% = 400% du salaire / 1 journée. S’il y a le congé compensatoire, la part augmentée sera 200% au lieu de 300%.
