1 En cas de changement dans la filiation ou dans les noms ou prénoms des personnes dont l'acte figure sur le livret
3 Toutes le fois qu'un époux le demande, notamment en cas de divorce ou de séparation de corps.
Le demandeur doit s'adresser à l'officier de l'état civil du lieu de sa résidence.
