A charge pour lui de préparer les programmes d’assistances, d’effectuer les prévisions pour allouer les ressources nécessaires à l’exploitation du salon dans le but de la bonne marche de l’activité. Il est appelé également à transmettre toute anomalie ponctuelle ou réclamations aux services opérationnels de l’ONDA. Le superviseur est le seul interlocuteur de l’ONDA et des autorités publiques pour les points opérationnels. Les superviseurs doivent être en nombre suffisant de manière à couvrir les horaires d’activités.
