Le concessionnaire devra solliciter l’autorisation aux Autorités de l’Aéroport lorsqu’il prétendra incorporer un nouvel équipement. Avant son entrée dans l’enceinte de l’aéroport pour la première fois, il devra en informer par écrit les Autorités de l’Aéroport afin de permettre la vérification de la conformité de ses caractéristiques avec les infrastructures de l’Aéroport et de vérifier si le modèle en question répond aux spécifications de sécurité sur la plateforme ainsi qu’aux engagements assumés par le concessionnaire dans son offre
