Dans le but d’établir, entre l’ONDA et le concessionnaire, un canal effectif et rapide de communication, concernant l’information ayant une importance environnementale, le concessionnaire désignera une personne Responsable Environnement qui agira en tant qu’interlocuteur vis-à-vis l’ONDA qu’il informera par écrit, au moins une semaine avant le début de la prestation de services. Pour sa part, l’ONDA désignera à l’interlocuteur du concessionnaire la personne avec laquelle ce dernier établira les communications opportunes.
