Les Autorités de l’Aéroport auront

Les Autorités de l’Aéroport auront le droit d’immobiliser un équipement si elles estiment qu’il ne remplit pas les conditions requises minimales, sans que pour cela le concessionnaire puisse baisser la qualité de son niveau de service. Dans le cas où le dysfonctionnement de l’équipement ne soit pas résolu dans un délai de temps déterminé par les Autorités de l’Aéroport, ou dans le cas où l’équipement ne soit pas retiré dans le délai de temps fixé par les Autorités de l’Aéroport, ces dernières auront le droit d’adopter les mesures opportunes pour retirer ledit équipement de l’enceinte aéroportuaire, aux frais du concessionnaire.

Where the malfunctioning of the equipment is not resolved within a period of time determined by the authorities at the airport, or if the equipment is not removed within the period of time fixed by the authorities at the airport, the latter shall have the right to adopt appropriate measures to withdraw such equipment of the airport compound, at the expense of the concessionaire.
