Pour chaque équipement ou véhicule qu’il posséde, le concessionnaire devra disposer de la documentation technique complète, dans le but que les Autorités de l’Aéroport puissent vérifier, si elles l’estiment opportun, que ledit équipement est homologué ou certifié selon les normes établies au préalable. De la même manière, il devra effectuer et avoir la documentation des vérifications périodiques qui peuvent être obligatoires ou facultatives et il aura l’obligation de remplacer les équipements qui ne remplissent pas l’une de ces conditions requises.
