Le concessionnaire élaborera à la demande expresse des Autorités de l’Aéroport les études pour l’évaluation environnementale sur tout type de dommage que son activité pourrait causer au sol, au sous-sol, aux aquifères, aux eaux superficielles ou autre domaine de l’environnement et cela sans préjudice que le concessionnaire réalise tout type d’étude ou de rapport requis par les administrations compétentes. De la même façon, le concessionnaire aura l’obligation de réparer les dommages causés, informant aux Autorités de l’Aéroport de cette réparation à travers une étude démontrant l’efficacité des mesures adoptées.

6. the licensee will, at the request of the airport authority environmental assessment studies for all types of damage that could lead to its activity in the subsoil, the water, the surface water or other area of the environment, and without prejudice to the dealer carries out any study or report required by the competent authorities. in the same way, the dealer will have the obligation to make reparation for the damage caused and the airport authorities, the compensation through a study of the effectiveness of the measures taken.
