• Préparation des données de vol pour les équipages : données météo, dépôt des plans de vols et traitement de toutes demandes d’information spécifiques relatives à la plate-forme,

• Coordination avec les équipes chargées du traitement des vols pour prise en charge des opérations d’assistance en escale,

• Coordination avec équipage et équipe d’assistance en escale pour la prise en charge des bagages,

• Coordination avec équipage et équipe d’assistance en escale pour embarquement ou débarquement dans un véhicule dédié.

Results (English) 1:

• Preparation of flight crew data: weather data, flight plans and treatment of all requests for specific information relating to the platform, • Coordination with teams the treatment of flights for groundhandling operations support, • Coordination with crew and team of groundhandling for luggage, • Coordination with crew and support team call for boarding or disembarking in a dedicated vehicle.
