Pour amener plus de précisions dans mes motivations et peut être faciliter vos actions , je voudrais apporter les précisions suivantes :
1 - Il s'agit de mettre en place de mettre en exergue les orientations lourdes du long terme à Madagascar , afin de créer et de faire exister des opportunités où je pourrais intervenir et faire des propositions technologiques pouvant améliorer le "doing business malgache" . En particulier permettre aux investisseurs internationaux de respecter leur prévision financière de leur étude de faisabilité bancaire . Ceci dans les domaines de ma compétence , à savoir les bases logistiques industrielles et surtout les infrastructures de liaisons hors des sites d'exploitation . Les 2 projets pourraient en déclencher ce process abordé depuis 2008 . Participer à des appels à compétition , parfois réservés aux copains et cercle restreint , tel est l'un des défis .
Ceci indépendamment de répondre à des appuis de conseils .
Tout cela pour des résultats immédiats et à moyen terme ( 2 à 3 ans ) . la vie est ce qu'elle est !
Ayant dit cela , les 2 projets (Sources d' Energie locales et recettes de l'état y relatives ) répondent à ces caractéristiques . J'espère que tout sera fait avec l'ouverture de l'esprit de HR pour que cette semaine cela commence et ma participation à la demande est acquise ..
