À partir du début du contrat et pendant toute la durée de la concession, le concessionnaire devra, à tout moment, être en possession de toute habilitation ou autorisation que la législation en vigueur exige pour le type d'activité développée en vertu de cette concession. L’ONDA pourra demander un document prouvant que le concessionnaire est dûment habilité par l'autorité compétente et, le cas échéant, il pourra prendre des mesures pour non respect des conditions légales nécessaires pour la réalisation de l'activité. En particulier, le concessionnaire devra avoir en sa possession l'agrément ou les agréments correspondant(s) octroyé(s) par la DGAC conformement au décret n° 2-05-1399 et envisageant, au minimum, les activités objet de ce cahier des charges.

From the beginning of the contract and for the duration of the concession, the dealer shall, at any time, be in possession of any clearance or authorization required by the legislation in force for the type of activities developed under this concession. ONDA will be able to ask for a document proving that the concessionaire is duly authorised by the competent authority and, where appropriate, it may take measures for non-compliance with the legal conditions necessary for carrying out the activity. In particular, the concessionaire shall have in his possession the approval or amenities correspondent (s) granted (by the DGAC in accordance with Decree No. 2-05 - 1399 and looking, at least the activities object of this specification.

From the beginning of the contract and throughout the term of the concession, the concessionaire shall at all times be in possession of any authorization or permission that the law requires for the type of activity developed under this concession. ONDA may request a document proving that the dealer is duly authorized by the competent authority and, if necessary, it may take action for non compliance with legal conditions necessary for the realization of the activity. In particular, the dealer will possess the corresponding authorization or authorizations (s) awarded (s) by the DGCA in accordance with Decree No. 2-05-1399 and considering, at least, the activities subject to these specifications loads.

from the beginning of the contract and during the term of the licence, the licensee shall, at any time, be in possession of any power or authority that the laws in force required for the type of activities carried out under this grant. the bcc will request a document proving that the concessionaire is duly authorised by the competent authority and, if necessary, will take measures to non fulfilment of the legal conditions necessary for the implementation of the activity. in particular, the licensee shall have in his possession the approval or approval (s) provided for by the dgca (s) pursuant to decree no. 2 / 05 - 1399 and including, at a minimum, the purpose of the activity specification.
