Il est porté à la connaissance du concessionnaire que l’ONDA s’est engagé dans des programmes de positionnement des aéroports par rapport à des aéroports internationaux de même capacité. Ce programme s’effectue sous forme d’enquêtes réalisées auprès des passagers dont les usagers des salons Aviation d’Affaires. Il incombe au concessionnaire de faciliter l’accès aux salons aux enquêteurs et de contribuer à la réussite des enquêtes de satisfaction internes et externes.
