a- Police de responsabilité civile aviation : Le concessionnaire devra avoir une police de responsabilité civile aviation garantissant la responsabilité civile du concessionnaire vis-à-vis des tiers pour dommages causés aux aéronefs, aux passagers, aux bagages et aux installations de l'ONDA pouvant survenir pendant et à cause de l'exécution du contrat. L'ONDA devra apparaître comme assuré supplémentaire et à toutes fins il sera considéré comme tiers.

a - Police responsibility civil aviation: the dealer must have a liability policy civil aviation guaranteeing liability of the concessionaire with regard to third parties for damage to aircraft, passengers, baggage and facilities of the ONDA that could occur during and due to the performance of the contract. ONDA will appear as an additional insured and for all purposes it will be considered as third parties.

a- Aircraft liability Police: Dealer will have a civil aviation liability policy covering the liability of the concessionaire vis-à-vis third parties for damage to aircraft, passengers, baggage and ONDA's facilities can occur during and because of the contract. ONDA will appear as an additional insured and for all purposes will be considered as third parties.
