La concession sera régie par le contrat qui sera souscrit avec le concessionnaire et qui inclura le présent cahier des charges et l’offre qui y est présentée ainsi que par le Décret nº 2-05-1399 qui fixe les conditions d’octroi d’agrément aux entreprises chargées des services d’assistance en escale dans les aéroports, par le Dahir n° 1-06-15 du 15 moharrem 1427 portant promulgation de la loi n°54-05 relative à la gestion déléguée des services publics, par le Dahir 1918, par le Dahir n°1-00-175 du 28 moharrem 1421 (3 mai 2000) portant promulgation de la loi n°15-97 formant code de recouvrement des créances publiques et par le reste des normes définies dans la clause 1 de l’Article 43.
