Une pénalité forfaitaire dix mille Dirhams (10 000 Dhs HT) est appliquée à l’occasion de chaque constat en cas de manquement aux dispositions des articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 32 et 37 sauf clauses 4 et 5 de l’article 4.

A ten thousand Dirhams (10,000 Dhs HT) lump sum penalty is applied on the occasion of each observation in the event of breach of the provisions of articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 32 and 37 except clauses 4 and 5 of article 4.

A fixed penalty ten thousand Dirhams (Dhs 10,000 VAT) is applied during each observation in case of breach of the provisions of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 32 and 37 except clauses 4 and 5 of Article 4.

a flat penalty ten thousand dirhams (10000 dhs iii) is applied at each point in the event of failure to comply with the provisions of articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 32 and 37 except clauses 4 and 5 of article 4.
