Pour cela, il disposera du personnel et des équipements nécessaires et il prendra en considération les éventuelles variations pouvant affecter le trafic et pouvant survenir à tout moment de la durée de la concession.

La prise en charge inclura les déviations en temps réel des horaires prévisionnels.
