L’ONDA se réserve le droit de refuser les services de tout personnel mis en place par le concessionnaire, ou de demander son remplacement, notamment en cas de négligence dans sa tenue, son comportement ou son service: incorrection à l’égard des passagers et des clients ou du personnel de l’ONDA.
