Le concessionaire disposera de douze mois (12) à compter de la date de prise de possession du terrain aménagé pour la construction de son propre FBO, sanctionnée par un procès verbal de remise des lieux signés par les deux parties.

The concessionaire shall have twelve (12) months from the date of taking possession of developed land for the construction of its own FBO sanctioned by a report of surrender of the premises signed by both parties.

Results (English) 3:

the dealer will have 12 months (12) from the date of taking possession of the land for the construction of its own established fbo, accompanied by a record of delivery places, signed by both parties.
