Le concessionnaire devra informer par écrit les Autorités de l’Aéroport, si les équipements ou les installations sont hors service ou si leur fonctionnalité et sécurité diminuent et si cela peut compromettre le déroulement normal de l’activité aéroportuaire, le concessionnaire ne pouvant attribuer à cette circonstance une dégradation de la qualité du service fourni. Pour ce faire, le concessionnaire devra présenter mensuellement un récapitulatif des équipements hors service et un planning de leur réparation ou de leur remplacement.
