Tout équipement, produit ou véhicule utilisé par le concessionnaire lors du déroulement de son activité, devra satisfaire, à tout moment, les exigences essentielles de sécurité, sûreté, environnement et de santé qui leur sont appliquées, en s’assurant, ainsi, qu’aucun risque n’est généré pour l’opérateur, d’autres personnes et pour les biens, équipements, installations ou éléments, qu’ils soient fixes ou mobiles.
