Nikolai m’a demandé une formation d’1 heure sur les principes clés de notre politique contractuelle et sur les points d’attention dans nos contrats (date possible, le 15 décembre).
Je crois que c’est plus de la culture générale que véritablement pour le déroulement de son stage chez OT.

Je souligne qu’en soi je ne suis pas à l’origine de cette demande, n’y vois pas d’obstacle de principe même si je n’y suis pas plus favorable que cela (cela prend de la bande passante très chère au Legal, nos ressources sont limitées et je crains que cela n’ouvre la boite de Pandore à d’autres demandes internes, non coordonnées).

Mon idée est de demander au pool de juristes de faire cette présentation mais avant cela je souhaite que vous me donniez votre avis sur la demande de Nikolai.
