Le Code du Tourisme comporte quatre

Le Code du Tourisme comporte quatre livres.
- Le livre I retrace l’organisation générale du tourisme et notamment la répartition des compétences touristiques entre l’Etat, les collectivités territoriales, les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale ;
- Le livre II régit les activités et professions du tourisme ;
- Le livre III est consacré aux équipements et aménagements touristiques ;
- Le livre IV regroupe les dispositions relatives au financement de l’accès aux vacances et à la fiscalité du tourisme.

The tourism Code contains four books.-The book I traces the General Tourism Organization and including the distribution of tourist competences between the State, local authorities, public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation; -Book II governs the activities and professions of tourism;-Book III is devoted to equipment and tourism developments;-Book IV comprises provisions relating to the financing of access to holidays and tourism tax.
