Le non respect des niveaux de quali

Le non respect des niveaux de qualité, tels que définis dans le SGQ proposé par le concessionnaire dans son offre, sera pénalisé de façon trimestrielle pour le non respect des indicateurs de qualité objective et de façon annuelle pour le non respect des indicateurs de qualité subjective.

Results (English) 1:

Non respect of quality levels, as defined in the QMS proposed by the concessionaire in its offer, will be penalized on a quarterly basis to the non respect of indicators of objective quality and on an annual basis for non compliance with subjective quality indicators.

Results (English) 2:

Non-compliance with quality standards as defined in the QMS proposed by the concessionaire in its tender will be penalized quarterly for non-compliance with objective quality indicators and annual basis for the non respect of subjective quality indicators.

Results (English) 3:

the non observance of the standards of quality as defined by the qos offered by the licensee in its offer, will be penalized for the failure of quarterly indicators of quality objective and annually for the lack of indicators of subjective quality.
