Si le délai le plus court parait anormalement bas par rapport à une durée moyenne de réalisation, sans justification des moyens nouveaux à utiliser, qu’ils soient en matériels ou matériaux, ce délai se verra attribué la note zéro et sera remplacé par le délai suivant
(par classement croissant).
